Phone number: In order to enter the app and subsequently use it, you need to provide phone number.
E-mail address: You may optionally provide us with your email address. If provided, you will receive notification on this e-mail address whenever a solution to one of your doubts is available.
Photo/ Picture: You need to submit your doubt in the form of photo/ picture taken from camera or selecting from phone's gallery. This is deleted after 2 days.
-When you provide us with these information, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If you want to delete your account and all details you may contact us anytime at info@zenovation.in.
-We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our app/website is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

When you click on links on our app/site, they may direct you away from our app/website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and recommend you to read their privacy statements.

-We may also transfer any and all information we collect from users to a third party in the event of any corporate reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfers, or other disposition of all or any portion of Zenovation Computing Pvt Ltd businesses, assets, or stock.

We use cookies to maintain session of your user. It is not used to personally identify you on other websites.
PART 7: GUIDELINES FOR POSTING CONTENT
All the content users post on the app should have
- You are not allowed to post any copyright material. Copyright infringement is prohibited.
-No Vulgarity: We strictly prohibit posting of content having nudity or sexual activity. We default to removing these types of images to prevent the sharing of non-consensual or underage content. Restrictions on the display of sexual activity also apply to digitally created content.
-No Violence: We remove content that glorifies violence or celebrates the suffering or humiliation of others because it may create an environment that discourages participation.
-No Hate Speech: We do not allow hate speech on Zenu app because it creates an environment of intimidation and exclusion and in some cases may promote real-world violence.
We define hate speech as a direct attack on people based on what we call protected characteristics — race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, and serious disease or disability. We define attack as violent or dehumanizing speech, statements of inferiority, or calls for exclusion or segregation and take action on the same.
PART 8: PAYMENTS
This app is intented to be used only from within India. Use outside India is prohibited. Payments are to be made only using Indian cards. We use Razorpay for processing payments. We do not store your card data on our servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. PART 9: CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY
We donot allow any form of refund or payment cancellation under any circumstances. Refund or cancellation after payment is not entertained.
PART 10: RECEIVING OTP TEXT MESSAGES ON YOUR MOBILE
After opening the app, the app sends OTP on the phone number provided and after that you log into the app. By using this app, you provide your consent to receive OTP message on the phone number provided. We use Twilio for sending OTP SMS messages. You may want to read their privacy policy and terms and conditions.
